Eskrima is a Filipino martial art that focuses on practical self-defense from a unique weapons-oriented perspective.
Learn to defend yourself against a variety of attacks and attackers. We learn practical, battle-tested martial arts. The curriculum is designed to teach you quickly and effectively so you can defend yourself right away, while continuing to refine your skills over time.
Kadena de Mano translates to "chain of hands" and is our primary method for learning empty-handed and knife-based combat. In this style we learn joint locks, simple and complex defenses, and striking with everything from our heads to our feet.
We learn to defend against and fight with a variety of weapons, including sticks, swords, knives, and more, sometimes using two weapons at once. We also learn disarms and other techniques for making our attackers' weapons work against them.
We train with Suro Jason Inay, the Grand Master of the Inayan System of Eskrima. Suro Jason Inay has decades of martial arts experience, tested both as a teacher and on the street.
